Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policies

  • Currently the pilot batches of Agam Autopilots could have a lead-time of 5-8 weeks from the time the pre-order is placed.

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

  • If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, or the product is not in good condition, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  • You may track the shipping status of your order by the tracking details shared to you, if you haven't received any after placing the order, you can email us at

  • Please note all packages will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order as soon as possible based on the lead times.

  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Shipments usually are going through DTDC unless otherwise specified in the tracking details.

  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods and the delivery time is not predictable.

  • Please plan your order for the pilot lot few weeks before the window closure instead of last minute orders.


All items are delivered with standard warranty (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

All products come with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) designed to shield customers from manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issues with your order, kindly inform us within the specified duration from the shipment date if any product is found to be defective.

For exchanges or returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed upon verification of a product defect. We will replace or repair damaged items at no additional cost, with prepaid shipping from our end. If the product is out of stock for replacement, a full 100% refund will be issued.

Moreover, please follow the process for exchanging a product. Begin by sending us photos of the damaged items for damage assessment. Based on the evaluation, we will determine the optimal approach for exchanging or returning the product. If the specific item is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be promptly provided.

Cancellation and Refund


AGAM ROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • AGAM ROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the AGAM ROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
